Intro:
Our team was tasked with creating a spec campaign as part of a highly competitive RFP. Spoiler: We won the bid.
The Problem:
Customers trust CAT parts but may not have the same faith in the shopping experience on the online shopping platform.
The Objective:
Our goal was to position CAT as more than a trust digital parts catalogue, but as a destination with an equally reliable shopping experience.
The Result:
I wrote the deck intro and manifesto introducing the campaign concept. The concept centered around CATs legacy of incredible customer service. CAT sweats the small stuff because they know that “It all adds up”.
